Only a few blocks from the Parc Floral (a flower garden) and the Vincennes Zoo, you can take a walk toward the center of Paris using the viaduct which will lead you to the Opéra Bastille. You can either walk on the top of the Roman viaduct which has been transformed into an elevated garden or under the viaduct where you will discover a multitude of art and artisan shops.
Not far from the hotel, the brick arches of a former train viaduct have been transformed into a string of design galleries and workshops, the "Viaduc des Arts". The Avenue Daumesnil is a typical Parisian street, with its flower, vegetables and fruit shops, many restaurants and sunny cafe terraces. Many bus and subway lines place you near all the points of Paris.
